Laura Guerreiro

Laura is an experienced, engaging and passionate facilitator who has led hundreds of workshops on leadership, interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, sales development, coaching, communication skills, customer service (in person and remote), and de-escalating customer complaints.  

In addition to her consulting work, Laura works as a Senior Learning Specialist at BCAA where she develops and implements learning programs and initiatives to support employee growth and development within the organization.  She has also worked for over a decade with the City of Surrey facilitating a variety of workshops and working with many different teams both within the city as well as with other municipalities.  She is very familiar with municipal structures and the nature of work in the different divisions/areas of a municipality.   

Laura has worked with many teams and leaders over the years helping them achieve greater team success through self-awareness, team impact, and transitioning through change. She is able to engage participants and elevate their learning with her down to earth sincerity and sense of humour. 

Laura is a certified Organizational Coach, and an Insights Discovery, MBTI, EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 licenced practitioner.
